Cancellation & Return Policy


At Bubzii, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. Please find below the details of our cancellation, return, and refund policy for products sold.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions only:

Damaged or Defective Goods – If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Wrong Item Shipped – If you received an item different from what you ordered

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet ALL the following conditions: Unused – Product must not be used, washed, or altered in any form, Original Packaging – Product must be returned in its complete original packaging, Tags Intact – All original tags and labels must be attached, Undamaged Condition – Product should not be damaged or soiled.

For the safety of all babies, we cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from their original packaging, used, or washed. Please check the product immediately upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Nursing and pregnancy pillows are generally non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. However, all products are eligible for return within 3 days of order delivery. For exchange the product requests, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed, and approval or rejection will be communicated within 24 hours.

Reverse Pickup

Available in select pin codes where courier service is available. Estimated pickup time: 7 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays)

We take the quality of our baby products very seriously and carefully inspect each item before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. To ensure we can address the issue promptly, we require that all damage or defect claims be reported within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photo proof showing the damage or defect, including images of the product, its packaging, and any visible issues. While we always strive to assist our customers, please note that claims reported after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for return, as it becomes difficult to determine whether the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we are happy to help. You can cancel your order by emailing us at [Sales@bubzii.com] or in website with your order number, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once our team confirms the cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded as per our refund policy. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still want to cancel the order after it has been shipped, then you need to email us at Sales@bubzii.com, and shipping charges will not be refunded. In such cases, we kindly request you to wait until you receive the item and then follow our standard return process if you wish to return it.
