Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. The refund process typically takes between 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
How We Process Refunds Based on Payment Mode
If you had paid for your order using a prepaid option such as a credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source. For orders placed using digital wallets or similar services, the refund will be processed and credited directly to your wallet account. In cases where the order was placed through Cash on Delivery, we will initiate a bank account transfer, and we will require your bank details, including account number and IFSC code, to complete the refund process.
Understanding What Gets Refunded
The full product price is always eligible for refund when a return is approved. Additionally, if the return is initiated due to our error—such as you receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will also refund the shipping charges and any COD charges that were paid by you at the time of delivery. However, if the return is for any other reason initiated by you, the original shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
For orders placed using loyalty cash or coupon codes, the value of the loyalty cash or coupon will be credited back to your account for future use. Please note that any discount or benefit availed through the coupon code will not be converted into a cash refund, and only the actual amount paid by you will be refunded.
